Yeah, that is heaps cool. Another example of seeing how Punky is up there 'shaking his money maker' and VV doing nothing.

It was a strange show in that the original billing and line up was Angel headlining over Petra and Whitecross.
The line up flipped and Angel took the second spot with Petra headlining.
Mistake.
After Angel the place cleared out.
There were still people for Petra but not the sell out they thought it would be.

Wow, that was a bad idea.

And yes, Punky is out there, rocking out to fans, and Vinnie is not.

He DOES talk about it a lot though......

When the bill was first announced it was Angel headlining w/Petra and Whitecross opening.
That was an interesting bill and so I was in for sure.
I mean, I'm not a big Petra fan but I was up for seeing them as an opener.
The same goes for Whitecross.

Then without warning the line up switched around a month before the actual show.
Honestly, if this was the announced line up w/Angel playing opener to Petra I would not have gotten tix.
I went with it anyways.
We did not see Whitecross and did not stay for Petra.
It was nothing personal. We had seen the Fixx the night before and after Angel were ready to call it a night.

I thought the bill as originally announced was an interesting one, but once the flip happened not so much.
I don't what know what happened but methinks Petra thinks they are bigger than they really are in the regular rock world.
Are they a name? Of course. Do they have a following? Of course.
I think because this was / is a reunion tour of sorts they pulled rank.

As far as sticking Angel w/two Christian rock bands I think it was sort of a gimmicky theme thing.
I was fine with it as long as Angel was headlining.
Once that changed not so much especially seeing as that Angel had to cut 4 songs from their set list.

Oh yeah, the biggest thing with the change was Angel had to do a shorter set, that's annoying.
