Can someone summarise where we are with Vinnie and new music/appearances etc?

I've sort of lost track with the latest? The new music, is that all now on hiatus with the singer situation?

At the moment there is not much to report/happening.

Whatever went down with Faysal seems to be over. I'm sure if Vinnie were to say anything he'd repeat that new music is on the way, but let's just not even pay attention to that.

He basically is unable to live in the modern age, hates Youtube and other modern platforms that artists use.

Is unable to release or do anything of note and is just getting older.

I haven't heard of any appearances or "parties" coming up, but I could be out of the loop.

As I predicted more than a year ago... Vinnie is not doing anything.. he is done. Its his choice, and his doing. I really wanted him to have a comeback, but that's not going to happen... oh well.

He's been squandering his comeback for seven years now. It's just been a slow downward slide and now here we are.

He cancelled/backed out of the reunion with Robert in mid 2018, that would have been magical. This was the sign that it was the same old Vinnie, no matter what he said at Atlanta.

Everything he said went out the window.

He could have totally redeemed himself, instead it has gone in the opposite direction.

Yes Vinnie has been very quiet, he usually responds to my messages quite quickly yet I haven't heard a "Peep"....hoping all is well with him and that he still makes this years "Chiller Theater" in April.

Vinnie being quite like this is a lot bette for his career/image than statements on things that never come out or happen.

Most of us have been on this forum for 15 years now! What have we ultimately gotten from Vinnie in 15 years, apart from empty promises? This makes me bitter and I find it a shame, disappointing and it's also starting to make me angry that we've heard absolutely nothing from him but hot air. If that's his way, fine, but he should finally stop constantly promising things he can't keep. I'm here because I really like all of you and somehow there was hope for a long time that something else would come from him. But I also have to finally find peace with everything and understand that this is probably it and that we'll never get anything from him again, in any form.

Isn't it sad that Vinnie is nothing but a bag of hot air when it comes to his actual music. His legacy. It's turned to hot air.

If I had a hot air balloon I wouldn't even need the heater to make it rise, I could just use everything Vinnie has said over the past 7 years.

I could probably win hot air balloon races powered by Vinnie's hot air.

In the 80's Vinnie had hot hair (check ASG videos) and now he has hot air.

If only he could put that letter H back and lose the air.

It would be hard to mishandle your career on purpose more than Vinnie seems to do it with natural ability.

Seems the VVI rebuild has fizzled, Faysal is just gone, everything just fell apart, when it was all supposedly going so well.

Just relese the damn music Vinnie.....what was the point of those teasers? What now?
