I assumed it was Eric Carr sans makeup.

But now you say that I'm not sure. Is it Juan from Ratt?

I see where you guys are getting the Juan thing from but I'm not sure, but it could be him.

Yeah. It's clearly not Eric as he's on the right of the same picture (doh!).

Support acts on the Creatures Tour were Night Ranger and Plasmatics I think. Is it one of those band members?

It's a chick for sure.
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change.Now only a shadow remains! :(
