To control others you must focus solely on the errors of others, which is uncontrollable and in many cases unknowable. To control yourself, you must solely focus on your own follies, which you can improve. Insight has always made more sense to me than trying to control others. I would like to meet one person that never hurt anyone's feelings. Thinking about it, this is a self-absorbed hypocrisy of someone whose standards of others are higher than his own. Cockroach motel.
