I have to agree with Gene there. notice the PROFESSIONAL autograph ad at the end of the video??? They ruin it for the real fans. The real fans ruin it for themselves by purchasing the shit.

Like I said before, When I stand in front of Vinnie, I will extend my hand and attempt to start a conversation. I would want the interaction to be somewhat meaningful instead of just going through the motions of an autograph.


I have a great Gene story. About 12/13 years ago at Van Andel Arena in Michigan (Dec. 30???), I snuck backstage and got Doc, Peter, Paul, and Ace to sign my PS2000B Washburn. Everyone was asked to leave the area before Gene came out. My friend and I knew that Gene traveled separately from the band in a nice car. We waited outside in the freezing cold by this fancy car for about a half hour. Gene comes out and said , "Sorry ,no autographs , it's too cold". The car door was a few inches from closing when I blurted out "REMEMBER GENE, WE ARE ONE!!!" Gene wrote the song "We Are One" about Kiss' relationship with their fans. The door closed, the window opened and Gene said to me"Just the guitar".
Now I own a guitar signed by the ORIGINALS plus their manager. THAT'S COOL.
