Are the extra switches factory? I can't work out what the second extra cavity cover is for.
Do you know what year it is?

Yes, it's been installed in 1990, sustainiac PU, amazing! and it still works great. It needs 2 9v batteries... Not vintage so...
The guitar was made in 1986, THE VVI year!!!! I had to buy it!

On/off switch for the sustainiac, and a 3positions switch for three different types of sustain (low middle and high harmonics)

Cool. I didn't notice the sustainiac pickup, nor the year in the title!!
I always put the battery for EMG's etc in the regular switch cavity. 80's Japanese made Charvels with active electronics did too, they even put a little 9v battery holder in there. This cuts down on all the stuff at the back.

Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains!
