VVV Carvin white and gold

Here is the last VVV miniature I made, the bodies for the Washburn and the Ibanez are waiting for an order to be completed.

So, this is the Carvin, one of the last VVV model made and we know that Vinnie still ownes it.

Comparing to the Jackson, the shape of the body is a slighter big, the fretboard goes more onto the body to let the neck pickup fitting perfectly. The lower part of the body is also "fatter", to let the cavity under the bridge be.

Gold hardware, white and gold sparkle finish. The fretboard is ebony with no binding, unusual, with large square inlays.

For this 1/4 scale miniature guitar, I created 138 parts and used 28 mini screws. The strings are hand-twisted with electric wires.

Judging by the unpolished schmutz all over that beautiful instrument, my finger-funk is still on it.

One small difference I noticed — the original has a second switch where the replica shows a third knob, but it’s an incredible replica. I don’t know how he does it... are these for sale?

HEY RIP, your post made me think of something today. I watched again all the gifts Vinnie sent me, and guess what, I found them a special place in my house. I have to prepare everything. They will look great there. I found out I had 2 new spare frames that I bought some time ago. So, I will put all this together with the mini VV guitar and my VV figure. I also have a VV blanket that is on a sofa in my bedroom. Well some funny work to do !!!
