Something nice for a change!

Post by shramiac »

One thing that can't be denied is that Vinnie gave 100% when playing live no matter what was going on behind the scenes!
Check out at 1.56 of the vid below. He finger picks the bridge section of COTN when it is easier just to flat pick it! And with all the volume, no-one would have been able to tell the difference! That is dedication to his craft right there! A willing slave to his technique! Which is a good thing!

Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains! :(

This time was a totall other feeling that a KISS concert today! Not stupid payed women in the firs line only hard rock KISS fans!
Vinnie played with KISS as a band. Cool solo and unique Vinnie right hand finger style

That was my time I miss today so much...

This is how I love to see him. I love how at the beginning of the show, Vinnie is just focusing on his playing, appearing very much musically. While I do appreciate the show of Gene and Paul, they are moving around way too much for the first few opening moments. I know they are trying to create an energy in the crowd, but they shouldn't have moved so much until the song actually kicked in.

Or maybe I am just biased. haha. I think this is a great performance! :D

Not his best bun shot but it would be worth a bun shot for Sammy and I.
