A little bit of a "nothing burger" but cool he did the voice over.
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains!

It seems there is some discrepancy with the dates:
Is it the 7th and 8th or the 8th and 9th?
Here's hoping the band, Vinnie and the fans show up at the same time.
Vinnie who?

It's the 8th and 9th.
It's been corrected though.

Just watched this again.
It has the older show poster without Jim, but he's shown as a band member, which is no longer the case as of today.
I also noticed that they used a song with Mark singing, which is interesting considering how Vinnie is about Mark. Of course, the song is great and fits the video well.

Yeah strange how that was posted after knowing that VV doesn't want him as a singer.
Re: The Promotional Video Has Arrived
It is almost like it was done to try and get Vinnie to change his mind.

Re: The Promotional Video Has Arrived
He is not a bad singer by any means and I am not picking on him for doing campgrounds. Hell, I do nursing homes, I can only dream of doing campgrounds (which are cool gigs) again.
If Vinnie wants somebody to sound like the first album, he is going to need somebody young. I would say that Jim could sing the song closer to the album than what Robert could at this point and I do not think Robert would disagree.
Few men can still hit the high notes when they get older. Jay Black and Tommy Shaw are the only names that come to mind when it comes to keeping their vocal range as they age. Sammy Hagar talked about this on Darryl's House. He can work hard at it and still hit the high notes if he wants to, but he can't maintain it for an entire gig.
I actually prefer Jim singing this NOW over Robert singing it THEN. Robert had such a balls on a cheese grater shrill voice that I never cared that much for. If Jim rerecorded the first album now, I would buy it and it would get a hell of a lot more play from me now than it did back in the day.
