I wish I could just buy a regular pink rhoads guitar without the signature, I actually want one to play it, not to display on the wall

You could do what Vinnie does and just repaint a production model of your choice, as his colours are not available from Jackson either.

Would be cheaper too.

Actually, I have seen newer Jackson guitars in hot day-glo pink.

How come he can't sell double V guitars. Is no one making them ?
I got Jesus in my fax machine. I saw Ho Chi Minh down @ Burger King. I dated Vinnie Vincent as a Drag Queen. I still don't understand a f**kin' thing.
I have come here to chew bubble gum and kick ass and I'm all out of bubble gum.

Yes bolt-on’s....JS32T models I believe...looks like they are refinished/custom painted to Vinnie’s colors.

In the extended KissWorld, I see nothing wrong with this.

Actually a fair price compared to a few other folks ...

Hell, Do you see what George Lynch charges to glue roadkill bones into a guitar ?

I don't think this current series of Jacksons come in pink, you have to do it yourself.

Those Lynch guitars get uglier the more they cost but the specs are good, but way overpriced too.

Disassemble. Repainting, assembly, personalized autograph.
...fair enough price.
A lot of steps in that process.

If there ´s that much work I understand. Still the making is mysterious. VV should tell a little more about it.

Yeah they had a pink model a few years ago, a cheaper one around $700 and a high end one for like $1200. I never bought one while those were in production but now they seem to be impossible to find.

He said he's releasing them in the future. I was told by someone close to his camp they would be $15,000-$20,000 though

Good.....god no. I personally don’t think that’s a good direction to go at all. GIBSON gouges with $10k+ prices on certain 1959 True Historic Siganatures....doubling that would be complete madness.
Let’s get real. If it’s a hand-made USA piece with top-notch everything....then you’re in the USA DEAN or Jackson styling and pricing and you’re at the $3500-$4900 MAX range.
If it’s an Import “DIME” level quality make? $1500 with case.

Yep! Madness to try and sell at those prices.

George Lynch is selling his ahem, rather ugly, Mr Scary guitars at a stupid $US6000.

Charvel is selling their "Guthrie Govan" guitar for around $US4000. Which for me is too high as well because in reality, it is just a CNC made, Superstrat.

It could have been either, as the thread is about the cheap Rhoads guitars that are being sold recently.
