I took this in on a swap for labor on a guitar repair, it had a front end overload and trashed the two front IC op amps. Got lucky and found a stash of compatible IC's at a electronics store in the city.
Its a solid state amp 240 watts loud as hell and has a really cool jazz blues voice to it, I think mainly due to the speakers. I have no idea who made the speakers trying to track them down, they have a odd ohm load 2.4 ohm.
