I kinda do & I kinda don't! Never seen one in person. I've been told they're not happy living in a humid environment so that rules them out for me! (Oh and I can't play an acoustic for crap!)
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains! :(

loved the shape, the sound is nice too.I have one chinese copy that has similar look and similar sound without costing so much.

And, of course, i always liked ovation electrics.....................

i love the Ovation electrics. The 60s semi acoustics are really cheap and really really good. I believe they were made very close to where VV grew up.

Too Kenny Loggins for me. Earthy/hippie-ish.

Even the ones with the lightening bolts as sound holes were not appealing to my eyes.

walnut fingerboard was common for some italian guitars. The ovation idea was great, marketing wise and also it was a practical solution for recodring guitars at the time, and the adamas has small holes to avoid feedback. The other side of the coin is tha t the ovation sound differs from a normal acoustic guitar, and it is very unique, this has advantages and disavantages.............

Just to be clear. I like KL and I also like Light Rock/Yacht Rock but...
Those guitars just remind me of the IMAGE of Yacht Rock/ bearded men,etc...
In fact, I believe it is MANDATORY to have a beard if you want to purchase these guitars.

i was saying I didn't think Dana helped Mark get the gig but maybe he did. What I heard it was Grover J that suggested him to Kiss.
