I can’t attach an image link as the image is on a private Facebook group, but it’s vinnie with some other guy with a tiger striped Jackson, has anyone seen this before? What’s the story?

I think even in private groups you can save the image to your phone/PC and then upload it here. Sharing links to Facebook groups often doesn't work out too well.
