Happy ...Healthy...

Post by poserboy71 »

Vinnie looks happier and healthier.
Photograph from this weekend in Indianapolis.
Aside from a few instances that bummed us out, isn't this what all of us wanted ?
There are strings FINALLY on the guitar.
Look at the possibilities and be hopeful.
We are closer than we have been for thirty years.

Taped over logo! Hmmmmm..... some new gitboxes in the works young Vinnie????

Great to see this though.

Seeing his actual mitts on a guitar is giving me some hope he can still play. Please please do it Vinnie

Given how many people have been at the meet and greets, I am surprised that nobody has done the one simple test to see if he still plays. Etiquette is to shake the hand offered to you -- if somebody offers you their left hand, you shake with your left hand even if you are right-handed. A left-handed handshake would allow you to feel his left fingertips. If they are calloused -- he still plays.

You can often tell just with a quick glance at somebody's hand when talking to them.

Personally, I take a man at his word. I believe Vinnie.

Ace stuck out his left hand before I had a chance to move my bag from my right when I met him in 97.
This is after Paul & Peter snobbed us and Gene begrudgingly signed a few things.......for the 13 people that waited 2 hours in the sun, in summer, on a humid day!

I'm sad to hear Peter did that. He has always been my favorite of the original four. I even have a furry four-footer running around here named after him.

They all ran out to the van when they were leaving the casino building in Brisbane and a kid (13-14 years old) managed to stop Peter and ask if he could sign his guitar. Peter replied, "are you going to sell it then?" I can still see the kid's face as the blood drained from it in shock! Pretty douchy thing to do.

Aside from losing weight, he also seems to be packing on some muscle too, which is great.

A horrible way to treat a kid.
