What is your cancellation/refund policy?

If you have to reschedule you must do it 2 weeks in advance of your Vault Home Experience. That way a new date can be worked out. If you have to cancel it must be done 2 weeks in advance of your scheduled Home Experience and you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee ($5,000) If Gene has to cancel or there is a natural disaster we will work to reschedule your Vault Home Experience at a later date. If that is not possible you will receive a full refund.

i guess the joke that Gene impersonator did on the Howard stern show about gene ready to jump together with you in the kiss coffin for 1 million bucks planted a seed in Gene's head(like they said on Blabbermouth's comments, "gene's head, where Brillo pads go to die")
