Picture was posted to a VV group on FB by a person (woman) who said she was friends with VV's cousins.
So perhaps these are his cousins, maybe. Or one of them is said female, along with her family posing for a pic.

Based on the caption I assume this is the person and their family. Along with 'getting to meet' him around '81-'82.
