Actually I have it on good authority that he's been not only banned but deleted from the member's list on Double V. Vinnie doesn't seem discriminatory, if you're registered here you're deleted from Double V.

Amusingly, apparently VeniceAngel is NOT banned from Double V, despite being registered here. Go figure.
