Vinnie Vincent & Randy Rhoads

As some of you guys (and gals) mayknow, I am a huge Randy Rhoads fan. A lot of people are, he was fantastic and taken away much too soon.
I was thinking about some similarities to the legacy of Vinnie and Randy, and some interesting contrasts.
Randy was only around to give us two studio albums, which is also all we got out of Vinnie as a pure solo artist, yet both have made a big impact with such a small output.
Thankfully for Vinnie we have his work with Kiss and some demos on top of his solo work.
Later on we got a great live album of Randy, I wish there was one, two or more HQ live shows available of the VVI. I wish they had done a few live gigs with Robert singing on the first tour, that would have been sweet.
Back to the topic at hand, for an artist that passed unexpectedly in 1982 we actually have more video footage of Randy than we do of Vinnie.
For years we got by with After Hours and some news footage along with some bootlegs, but it was the pro shot stuff that was just fantastic. We have nothing pro shot from VVI, just two bootlegs, one from each tour.
I guess we are lucky to have that, but it's a shame a show or two wasn't filmed. Kiss shows were filmed from a very early time, which is so cool to see now.
Just now we are seeing some new Randy footage released, so maybe we are due some surprises from Vinnie too?
