THEY TOO HAVE BEEN LONG SOLD OUT BUT VINNIE SAVED A LIMITED BATCH AND YES! THEY WILL BE AUTOGRAPHED.
450.00

AND MORE....DONT MISS THIS ONE...
So you pay $500 to enter the event. Then it's $100 for a selfie with Vinnie, or $300 for him to sign your album.

But that's not all. How about parting with $5000 (five thousand dollars) for a pick allegedly used by VV at the Rio show? Or if that feels like too much you can get a Gene used pick for just $3500. Note Vinnie values his pick higher than Gene's.

Or you're feeling flush you can hand over $35000 for 17 Polaroids.

I was considering going to this one, but I'm glad I'm not, because the above pricing is nothing short of bonkers.

On what planet are we all on? I know this topic has been discussed to death on here, but I don't even know what to say anymore.

Jesus wept!! The insane pricing sure isn't getting any better is it? Only worse actually!!

Does that list imply that if he signs your copy of KISSTORY it's $1000 for that item, or do you get the signed book for the $1000 smackers?

Well, this is his legacy, and it's continuing on as before.

I was toying with the idea of actually attending this one (thankfully something else came up).

I think I would have been pretty pissed having spent 500 bucks for a ticket, only to find out later, that to get a pic with Vinnie would require another 100 bucks alone.

The fans paying these prices are enabling this sort of pricing and behaviour. Crazy.

I'm sure the event itself is great, but there can only be a certain amount of these that can be done and viable.

This made me laugh:
PSYCHO RARE: MISPRINT "VINNY" VINCENT TRADING CARD FROM LICK IT UP ERA INSERTED INTO SEYMOUR DUNCAN GUITAR STRING PACKS 1986.
Some shitty mis-printed trading card now worth thousands of dollars? Um, I don't think so.

Just urgh. I'm no marketing expert, but for the love of god, how can anyone in his position think this is the way forward? Where are the adults advising Vinnie?

Holy Free (not free) Holies!

And we're called "haters" when the "true fans" get treated with distain, given these prices!

At a complete and utter loss for words...
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains! :(

Is PSYCHO RARE, like, the peak of all things rare?

Or do we think there's something beyond PSYCHO RARE? We might be witnessing maximum rareness here.

My betting is something even more rare will turn up down the line from Vinnie's attic.

How about ULTRAMEGANUCLEARARMAGEDDON RARE!!!

Yes, to the average lay person, PSYCHO RARE does indeed sound like peak rareness.

Fear not however! Vinnie will surely come up with a new ULTRA MEGA PSYCHO RARE labe, or one like yours sound good too!!

We can only wait with baited breath to discover what this amazing item could be.

My guess?

The very underpants Vinnie was wearing when he came up with Lick It Up!

I bet Vinnie wishes he had kept all his underwear from his time in KISS.

These were the ones I was wearing when Gene and I wrote I Love It Loud. These are the ones I was wearing when I played the first show in RIO, and it goes on and on and on!!

I hope this dosn't give anyone any ideas to head to Walmart, buy some new undies and then perform some "relicing" on them......

Did Vinnie play? I can't find anything about the show this weekend, I really hope he did play. More to the point, I hope he gave some news about the new album(s), which I am really hoping he'll release. In spite of all his apparent issues, I really am rooting for Vinnie and want to see and hear him do well. The man has some killer tunes and he really is a Wiz, so fingers crossed that he'll keep his promises, at least on the studio recordings front. I don't actually believe that he'll ever do an actual tour again.

The post event analysis online is all very vague. Its like the attendees are speaking in code, but from what I can gather, there was no filming allowed (as usual), however, some references to a full band being there were made. Vinnie played, everyone was very enthusiastic about what he did.

Another "event" at SIR has been announced for April.

Clearly the intention is to create mystique around these events. No one appears to share anything post event, which is a shame, but I suppose cool at the same time.

For the rest of us who can't attend for logistical or financial reasons, it would be nice to get some music from Vinnie. Boxset? Anything?

Is there a rule about the public at SIR, that Vinnie has been violating and they have found out about it?

I always wondered that it was a strange venue to host a party.

I suspect SIR is somewhere that Vinnie feels comfortable with.

Yeah, I can figure that, just a strange venue to host these kind of events, rather than just a band working hard on their material, practicing.

Some lady filmed some of the fans who attended. Maybe 15 or so who agreed to be filmed. That's the only footage that came out of the last one that I've seen.
