TM1 Update

So this comes from a reliable source that I can not name. TM1 'NEVER' was a legally registered company. It never existed !! only in name. It is now not even being used even in name because of the situation in the summer when it was dismantled. . This is why he is moving trademarks into his own name. Funny that VV would have trademarks in a name that didn't legally exist.

also there was not one sale of the guitar (by any maker) and the chinese buyers were a made up story.

nothing was registered. the company was just in name only. So if you paid TM1 for a guitar who the hell knows what would happen.

Yeah. I checked the SEC EDGAR data file...and nil. Of course, I didn't think much of it, because not all LLCs are publicly traded companies.

I imagine he's playing a shell game with creditors. That's my guess. I already knew he was bankrupt....

I don't think its a big secret by a unknown source, all you have to do is search the data by state LLC data base, there was never one filed in Ill, Ten or Colo, there is one in Cal but its a Equities firm. You would have to search every state to be 100% but odds are it never happened and was nothing more than sham to throw off debtors and give Tom peace of mind.
