He said he showed up and vinnie wasn't in the studio but the rest of the guys were and they told him he wasn't needed and to leave. As he was leaving vv walked in and told him he was needed so he was a little confused .

Does that mean Strum was against the keyboard element? Vinnie was all for it?

its hard to know. He said it seemed like no communication between the two. Maybe VV brought him in without the other guys knowing. He seemed to say Strum gave him the cold shoulder but maybe ask him because I spoke about 3 years ago.

The keyboards were low in the mix, not very prominent..
