Outstanding Tom.
Just Outstanding.
Brilliant!

And to think VV is holding them all hostage.
The injustice.

I am at least very proud of my accomplishment in this regard but it also reminds me of the crash and burn of the German Hindenberg.

"OH THE HUMANITY"

That someone has them that shouldn't.

Thanks for sharing Tom, what does TM1 mean?

Re: AZGutiars 2011 NAMM show

Posted: Wed Oct 01, 2014 5:16 am
by AZGuitars
TM1 was Vinnie's Father-in-law's "Company" that was set up to sell the "Guitarmageddon Guitars" that never happened. I believe that was done to keep KISS or the courts from going after Vinnie.

Yes i remember that but did you know what "TM1" stand for?
he always seems to add a number to his usernames "vinnievincentguitarmodel1" or "suzie rocks 1" for example.

I remember that he moved all his trademarks to TM1 father in law's company
then he moved them back to his name.

I have no idea what TM1 stood for and I never asked. Even on the Company registration it doesn't say what it is. It's registered as "TM1 Holding Company, Inc."

The following photo was a Photoshop illustration that I made up before the 2011 NAMM Show
just for the fun of it. Got Vinnie all excited looking forward to the show. He was easy that way.

I'll bet someone else could have some fun with this too.

He does not like the way he looks now, same reason he said the 1996 Shot was "recent" but it was really 8 years ago!

Yeah, if only he would've shown up! Would have saved me from getting yelled at for something I MAY have said or done.
By having me there as front man he had someone he could scream at if things didn't go the way he wanted instead of
having to blame himself. I was on Diane's cell phone trying talk to a person who was screaming at me like an insane
person. I remember looking at Diane and she had fear in her eyes. If I had been familiar with her phone I would've
put it on speaker so everyone near could hear his insanity.

Diane had that look in her eyes like she knew she was gonna get smacked when she got home.

Tom,
What reason or excuse did Vinnie give for not attending Namm and sending Diane and Les? The first thing that comes to mind as he is screaming from Smyrna is "well why aren't you here to insure everything goes as you wish"

Just curious brother

Tom, what was he yelling about ?

What he was yelling about was, some guy asked me what kind of pickups were in the four guitars. So I told him they were Seymour Duncan, George Lynch, Screamin' Demons. Well some of the little jerks that were hanging around the booth posted something on line making fun of Vinnie for using another players pickups. Vinnie had told us before the show "Don't talk to anyone about anything". So all of us just ignored that because, you go to a show and you're not supposed to talk to anyone???????? How stupid is that? I guess we all should have just taped our mouths shut every day. I also got a whole stack out handout flyers printed, and catalogs but we weren't supposed to hand them out either??????? Knowing what I know now I never would have let the guitars out of my hands. If he wanted them he would have to come to see me with money in hand to get them.

Regarding your Flyer . . . . do you have it framed behind glass for protection?
Also, were you at the 2011 Winter NAMM show? If so did you talk to me?

And by the way, the Scorpion guitar you like, now don't freak out, but the pickup is a
"George Lynch Screamin Demon".

I remember this day very vividly. Was very excited to see the booth and the guitars. Tom, you were very kind and gracious, and took time to answer all the questions I had. My photos/videos certainly don't do the guitars justice. They were gorgeous. Many thanks....

Tom, what reason did Vinnie and Diane give as to why Vinnie wouldn't come to the Namm Show with the rest of you?

She did SAY that.
If true, I strongly think he walked around that NAMM Show incognito.

You really think he was at namm? Personally I think he would have stayed home. He was definitely looking at this board for reaction.
I wish he would tour or put out a new album namm was about as much excitement as I think we will get

Tm1 is trade mark 1. You know vv. Got to be trade mark.
Yes I wish tom had at least half of those guitars. Maybe they will surface one day.
When you work with vv the writing is already on the wall for the day it will all turn sour. Listen to the latest david Snowden interview. I know of no one who has been immune.
