Best ballad of all time
Re: Best ballad of all time
I have heard the name of this song many times in guitar magazines from the 80's but this is the first time I've actually heard the song.
I know Brad left Ozzy as Nightranger was taking off and they did quite well in the 80's in the US but in Australia they were not known at all, save for the metal underground and in guitar magazines.

The solo is incredible, as well as the lyric, and the piano arrangement, Night Ranger is not a well-known band in Brazil, though it is a very good band, Midnight Madness is a Great album I often hear.

In my opinion, "The Long And Winding Road" and/or ,"The Rain Song" are the best ballads ever written.
