Re: ACCEPT
Accept without Udo Dirkschneider. The new album is good but the songs have not the quality they had in the 80's (Balls To The Walls was the best song they ever wrote)

Re: ACCEPT
Accept has been on the roll past several years.
Sure, since 80's I have been a huge fan of Accept with Udo.
However, their current line up is even stronger than with Udo.
It's like Ace Frehley and Vinnie Vincent.
If original Kiss was good, then new Kiss with Vinnie Vincent was super duper, IMHO.
Mark is a much better singer than Udo, handling Udo's part faithfully yet delivering the higher note very easily.
Although I have to agree that Balls to the Wall is probably their best song ever, the new songs of Accept are pretty good if you can get over the fact that Udo is no longer with them.
Also current albums (with Mark) have less filler.
80's Accept was great but their albums always had several fillers.

Running Wild was OK up to 90's.doublev2 wrote:used to love UDO. Also Running Wild were a good German band but have not listened to them since late 80s.
After that, the quality of music went down.
Recent 2 albums are terrible.
I'm not the one who needs nostalgia but the last 2 albums were not even good enough for the people who buy music solely for nostalgic values.
Out of 80's German metal scene, Accept, Kreator, Destruction and Sodom are the ones still deliver the goods.
Re: ACCEPT
