It's hard to tell in the grainy B&W photo, but I think they had the women's make-up on in this one, like the NY Dolls.

Gene had the black around his eyes.It looks like the other guys have eyeshadow on.

Its a black and white neg printed on regular paper or card from some vintage xerox machine which is why its so grainy.
