London gig

Post by doublev2 »

Anyone going to the HMV Forum Kiss gig? I got my cheap Amex tickets. Because the venue is so small I am hoping some forgotten gems may be played.. wont hold my breath. First time seeing Kiss in the UK. I saw them in Paris a few years back.

Nice Dino! Have a good time. They did lots of classics on the Kruise, you may get lucky!

they say they will debut the new song.

Now let me tell you my issues..

1. highly claustrophobic
2, Famously fainted a few times at concerts in a panic attack due to claustrophobia, lack of air and fear of not having water near me.
3. Getting too old for loud noises.
4. Don't like sweaty guys jumping around and bumping into me.

The venue is a small club standing only (i think). I got tickets for about $90 bucks so I really can not chicken out but I will have to get drunk and I will tell you this.. I don't drink but once a year and I usually pass out, have a fight, throw up or sleep with someone who I shouldn't.

TO BE HONEST I SHOULDN''T GO!!!

Damn I am crazy.

they were supposed to play at a festival with Queen (adam lambert on vocals) and Faith no more but ticket sales were so bad they cancelled it which left Kiss in London with no gig. Not sure but maybe they couldn't book the 02 or Wembley last minute which leaves them playing a small Camden venue.

Whats the betting they play I am Legend Tonight? 0%?

not big at all , strange because Queen and Faith no more are playing at the same venue Ace did his video for in the 80s which is bigger but still small, not sure why kiss chose a really small place, Image

Youll be fine duct tape a pillow around your head in case you pass out, or get in a fight. And put on two rubbers before you leave the house in case you forget, and carry a bottle of water. Problem solved.... :D :D

What a standard boring setlist!
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains! :(
