Who's genius idea was it to set the beginning part of this video in 1975 when it's clear Gene's wearing his 1980 costume and Paul's in his 1977 one? I'm sure taking the makeup off was the furtherest thing from their minds in 1975. It would've made more sense if they would've set it in 1983, let Eric put on his fox gear, take a back shot of Bruce in Vinnie's costume (instead of Eric?) and put Gene and Paul in their Creatures regalia. Either Paul or Gene have very shitty memories or they're just trying to appeal to the fair weather fans (yet again) by presenting it more "across the board?"
KISS was supposedly in discussions with Ace to put the makeup back on during this time with Eric Carr instead of Peter. But seeing as they didn't let Carr wear makeup during this video, that's kinda hard to believe...
