My brother told me about this today, it's my nephew's mother who sang, played and recorded this at home.
Didn't know she was such a big fan of Kiss, Vinnie and Lick It Up!

Very solid. You can tell from the opening notes that it was going to be really good.

Yes, she used to sing karaoke, stuff like that all along, before Joseph was born. She pretty much taught herself to play and got into home recording.
