That picture was up on the old forums. Not sure if that is Vinnie. During the late 1970's, Vinnie looked a lot different.

I could see how there could be confusion about this picture as it looks like a mid 1980's Vinnie but a closer, careful look gives it away that it isn't the Vin-man.
