I think they got it back. The confiscation was mainly to inconvenience them on the day.

thats from the same ESP toilet pictures. That would be during ASG sessions, so after the first tour. That mystery ESP again. I think that think may have been made for Vinnie as early as his Kiss days, but its a guess. Looks like he liked it enough to use it in rehearsal.
