No worries Olle, all fixed! Thank you sooooo much for this, what an awesome interview from the LIU period!! I love it.

You can see Vinnie had love for the guitar as an instrument, he really can't stop talking about it.

Interesting that he says a lot of things that are contrary to what he would say later. How happy he was with his financial reward, how free he was to play all over the place etc.

He certainly sounds happy so you gotta wonder that it was all fake most likely?

Thanks, I think like most people theres mood-swings and ups and downs in general, V´s being more extreme I guess?...
there were probably times were he actually was enjoying it, and other times, not so much. I know I would have.
It was at least a great spring-board to get ones name out there (and your name in Guitar Player!) cool stuff.

Loved reading this. Thanks. And loved reading Vinnie's advice for budding guitarists. Nice words of encouragement there.

Yes that is confusing? Guess just keeping that Derringer played it a secret.... like so much of the other KISS stuff played by non memebers over the years!

Maybe vv was working with rick on it together. Rick I believe was friends with vv. They both played with carmine in early 80s.
