Obviously the more deserving of a first Vinnie interview session would be The Decibel Geek Podcast over the Three Sides Of The Coin trio who bash Vinnie every chance they get ( well at least two of them do).

The Three Sides show tried to calm down their attacks on a recent episode sharing 10 things that they like about Vinnie. They couldn't even finish 10 things. Often repeating the same thing over and over again. To have them associated with Vinnie's first public appearance in over 20 years is unacceptable. Just because they are friends with the promoter and have a popular show shouldn't garner there ASSociation with Vinnie's comeback.

I am sure that those three individuals are nice guys in most aspects of life but to see them forcibly sugarcoat their opinion of Vinnie is sad.

At least Chris and Aaron at the Decibel Geek Podcast have tried to bring truth and fairness to light in regards to Vinnie Vincent without taking cheap shots at him. Their demeanor and care would translate better in an interview setting.

Although everyone is elated to finally experience a comeback,Vinnie has to understand that the difficult questions have to be addressed this time. The pre-written and pre-approved questions that we saw in the 1994 kiss convention footage will probably not fare well in 2017.

The fans deserve complete honesty. Most importantly ,Vinnie deserves to have everyone hear his direct and blunt truth . Obviously ,family situations should be off limits but everything career-oriented must be addressed this time.
Vinnie could then open up the floodgates to the success that his career should have shown him.

It looks as if Vinnie can possibly make upwards of $50,000 (or more) for two days of bloodletting.

The weight off of his shoulders by being absolutely transparent would be something that most kiss fans aren't used to. He has a chance to shine if he shoots from the hip instead of giving rehearsed sound bites that Paul and Gene are known for.
I have much respect for the man for stepping back into the public eye after this long.

He can take the money and run or he can earn it (along with the respect that he deserves).

However Vinnie is comfortable in appearing is more than fine although I am sure that the true fans would want to see him without the Kiss makeup.

In fact, Vinnie appearing with the ankh makeup would be a great way to get another $100 out of a photo opportunity . I'm sure they could extend the convention through Sunday if Vinnie agreed to where the ankh makeup for photos on the last day.
I hope that Vinnie isn't as guarded with his answers as he was years ago

Was quite surprised when I had first learned that Three Sides are even going. Tried listening to them once and all I remember about them when it comes to VV, is them bashing him....not one positive thing was said; and they attacked people who disagreed.
Read that they 'knew' about VV coming back for a while. They know one of the promoters (like you said?) or whoever that's involved.

When the time comes I am curious as to how it will turn out.

I agree 100% !!!! Like wtf I found out on Facebook 3 sides were going and I was like WHY?? They don't respect Vinnie at all and they do bash him every chance they get. With the exception of Mark, if he goes then it would not bother me because I seen his respectful side to Vinnie but the other two fuck them. I actually wrote to them awhile back with my distaste towards them but I never checked if they ever replied LOL . The only podcasts I've seen of 3 sides were the ones about Vinnie and I remember one of the videos really annoyed me. It was the one with Hirsh where he supposedly not allowed Vinnie to go back to KISS after he left and the two guys were like "A lot of KISS fans will thank you for that" and they "should have bought you dinner". Don't get me wrong if Vinnie had stayed with KISS, the Invasion might not have happened but I still wish Vinnie did another album with KISS. I just thought thanking and buying dinner for Hirsh was fucking stupid and lame to say on the podcast.

If Vinnie ever does an interview, I hope it'll be with Decibel Geek Podcast. (:

If I were Vinnie, I would blacklist both Michael Brandvold and Tommy Sommers. Just my opinion, but those two guys have no business being there. They both actually borderline being unprofessional with their remarks and opinions expressed on their joke of an amateur podcast. Negativity and hecklers like them should be immediately escorted out by Nazi gastapo security.

... and I agree, Decibel Geek and Eddie Trunk interviews would be awesome. 3Sides is designed and built to cater to whichever way Gene & Paul's current mood is leaning.

The less we talk about TSOTC the better but I would like to add: My dislike for blondie (whatshisname on the right side), Goatee "did Vinnie save KISS" Mike and of course Senhor Retardo himself Alexx Michael are at an all time high right now....just reading on FB that TSOTC knew about this for some time is an insult. Goatee Mike and Blondie can pretty much sod the hell off...ridicule a person like they have done time and time again is disgusting .

Dont bring up these guys again, please...I beg of you....its like inviting your bullies to your birthday party.

Mark; you are ok though, you should loose these guys and start a podcast all by yourself.

Goatee Mike is a fool, but Alexx Michael (retardo supreme) is hilarious...yapping on about the shortcomings of the Wizard of Odd while looking like something out of a Jim Henson movie ..this is comedy gold.

The bar for out-classing Paul and Gene is set pretty low so I agree transparency would be part of a perfect springboard for a great comeback story. Like others have said, I'd love an in-depth interview by Eddie Trunk (wishful thinking: That Metal Show and VV help each other out in the comeback department).

This is exactly what I thought. I've been following this forum for years and this whole ordeal pissed me off so much I had to finally sign up to basically say the same thing you just said. It's not just the shitting on Vinnie either, but their whole bitter old middle-aged "I hate 80s rock and metal music, why can't they just get up onstage and rock without all the silly makeup and hair" attitude is so fucking stupid. Every time I've listened to their show and they talk about 80s KISS they say that same shit. I've heard them say shit about Eric Carr too, that he was just "an average drummer" but wasn't that great. It's like they are just saying stupid shit to try to sound edgy.

I swear I'm starting to think these press releases aren't even from Vinnie...I think the dude running the convention is just buddies with the guys on this show and he's writing this stuff himself. There's no way in hell that Vinnie would want these guys there if he heard the shit they've said about him. Which is funny, according to a facebook post by one of them I saw today, they said Vinnie has heard all their shows and still doesn't care because he knows they reach more people than any other KISS podcast....give me a fuckin break. At the end of the day I guess it doesn't matter because no one is going to see them, 95% of the people there won't even know who the hell they are.

Vv can not go to a kiss expo criticizing kiss for not paying him etc like he was saying on his forum so I guess the only sensible way of doing this is being positive about everything including people you may not like what they have said about you in them past. Robert and Bob Kulick who are both guests have said things about vv I am sure he didn't like.
