Wont bother posting a pic because I'm lazy.
But going to assume he still has a slim physique but with a bit of a pot belly; due to aging and slow metabolism.
Hair is either cut short or maybe a bit above sholder length, very thinned out; since he seemed to have naturally thin hair anyway.
More than likely is shorter than 5'7" now, since as you age, you tend to shrink a tad.

Knowing as much he loves to rescue and give shelter to stray dogs and play guitar to them, i think it will be something like this:
done with uppermost respect.
Hope people will stop harrassing him and spreading nonsense about somebody who has chosen to live a private life.

I was hoping to keep this particular thread serious.
I have drawn disrespectful renderings,etc...
The scribble I submitted is actually coloring over the mugshot.
Everyone knows how much I dislike that photograph but I was guessing that he is feeling defeated, older, a bigger,etc..., so an adjustment to that photo was in order.
Not saying this for any attention or an "Awwwww Party" but some days I can relate to that feeling.

The same but probably more wrinkly? I don't think he makes that much money, and whatever money he makes surely goes to other things, not sure he spends that much in food to begin with (it also helps that he's always been quite thin, of course).

"rescue and give shelter"? I hope Vinnie never gives me that kind of "rescue and give shelter" i.e. dumped in a coffin in his spare room next to other various victims.

Vinnie has rescued many stray animals, dogs and cats, giveing them shelter ,food and care.
Since i'm sure you are not here just to stir s**t , i suggest you to do your homework prior to say something that, due to lack of proper insight, will make you look bad
