What if Eric Carr had either decided to leave KISS, or was let go at the same time as Vinnie was, and Eric assumed working with Vinnie on a new project? Would that still have become the "Vinnie Vincent Invasion"? Would they have manifested the same songs? Would Dana Strum still have entered the picture as Vinnie and Eric's righthand man? How about the Record deal? Surely with both Vinnie and Eric, they could have procured a more lucrative deal with a bigger label at that time. How about longevity? Would they have endured a longer lasting working relationship together than the Invasion, as we know it, did?

What are your speculations?

Vinnie said he would have worked with Eric again and he was a great drummer, but I am certain Eric would be joining vinnie's band not them forming a band together. Would have been fun band or side project with the two of them singing alternative tunes but I could see no way vv giving up half control on a project and I couldn't see him being happy with Eric singing. He didnt even have himself singing in his own projects and I would argue vv has a better voice than eric even though obviously it would depend on song and project.
That's just my take on it.

Yeah, no wonder he fell off the planet. Jeez that mugshot of him made me cringe when it came out. To me it appeared like a totally different person. Maybe someone someday will garner one final interview with good ol' Vinnie before he's no longer alive. That may (or may not) be an interesting read.

wow unbelievable! superfans with real deep pockets are the bomb! cut straight to the front of the line. I wonder how many legit offers he has declined thus far. certainly could have helped him out financially back when his KISS royalties were garnished by Gene and Paul for those court costs he lost against them. I wonder if that's been satisfied and he's back to getting his royalties again? I'm guessing yes due to KISS using his image on the jumbotron during that Vegas live event.

Yes....there are "Super Fan's out there (not me) with Big Pocket's and Little Pocket's who have numerous times, tried in "Vain" to help this guy out....our offer's fall short for some reason considering "We" his Fan's have nothing to financially gain, yet we will gladly trade our "Kind effort's" for some type of response, release, appearance or interview....all we want, is what's best for Vinnie and to see him get his proper dues and financial rewards, we've waited & waited & waited and as time passes, the chance of it becoming a reality are getting slimmer everyday !
