Cool man. I can imagine that they never met, as lots of songs are offered to artists/companies in the hope they will use them, and with Tears they did, though he says they changed it a bit, hmmmm.

A bit sad to hear they never met, but like Gene said, I would imagine that good old Vinnie doesn't want to be on any sort of spotlight whatsoever so deals trough companies and other people to sell his music under aliases and what not. I would also imagine that's how most artists work.
