Wow, all I remember of that song is the chorus. That intro is very similar. I think Vinnie has a case, lol.....in his mind of course, as usual.

Yngwie's Dreaming (Tell me) has a similar verse melody but I don't think anyone ripped off anyone else.

I heard the song Hammerhead in the shops again the other day, the intro got me listening as I'd forgotten it was attached to this song.
Hammerhead came out in 87, so it pre-dates That Time Of Year, and I'm sure James Reyne would not have heard anything of what Vinnie was doing.
