Your phone is just hanging onto the old image from it's cache. A refresh doesn't always fix it, but a reload, if you can do it on a phone, will. That forces your browser to get an all new copy of the page, not rely on old, already downloaded files.

Again, you need to "reload" your browser window to pick up the change, otherwise you're using old files. Which is fine, you just don't get the new look.
