Look carefully, it isn't accidentally one-sided version of Happy Birhday USA? (Without -The Exorcism Of Kazcnyz).

theres another one listed, for all of 15 bucks, that is a player, while this one seems to be a collector copy.

Sorry, I did not it right wrote. I would say that this double A-side. Yes, one side is the stereo, the second mono. There were two versions , the first under the number HB -10579 - is with The Exorcism Of Kazcnyz and second here this JH - 10579 (double A - promo single).
