It got a makeover and still sold for that? Seems easy cheap to me but our housing market is different of course. Pics would be great to see.

Well, the other house had a LOT of potential. When it's like a barn inside you can only really do improvements.

I understand what you're saying now, I thought it had been re-done and sold like the first one. Good luck to the new owners.

They could of mown the grass before taking the photos! But yes, it's been done up nicely.

Shrammy,
A few VVFF members have walked that lawn when it was in a less than stellar condition.
Whomever worked on that property performed a miracle. It looks like quite a few trees were removed and it was weeded to the MAX.
Mowing that lawn would be an extreme challenge because of all of the shale-like rock throughout the property.

The inside took just as much effort and looks up-to-date and fresh.

Very nice job !!!!

Yes Dino, $1200 a month is the asking price.

Wow, that looks so much better than when I was there almost a year ago. Kudos to the new owners for their efforts, it was totally in less than stellar condition all round before.

1200 is a lot considering the value of house in my opinion. Houses just outside of new York that size would get similar rent and cost 4 times to buy
