I wonder if they've done anything with this one? Maybe not as there are no decent photos. Would be good to see inside.

well, suprizingly enough 3 agents called me on friday about a fast sell of the former cusano compound. opening price was 118k. the property is locked and currently owned by US bank. it has undergone forclosure and is ready to sell. it will be the same deal as the front house. it will most likely go for around 100k because of location. i offered 80k. the house will need a complete redo on the inside. floors/carpet, new paint and kitchen bathrooms updated and a complete pressure wash with rear deck rebuild. the yard is full of rocks and will need a family of goats to clear off. id say 25-35k spent the place could turn a 20k profit. not much info on zillow or pics.

this was the original house the couple shared and lived in since 1998. diane was found dead at top of stairs. its creepy as hell in there and disgusting. so sad to see what both of their lives had become. its only rock and roll!

Those Kennels are pretty small. How the hell did they have so many dogs in that's space? supposedly a big dog killed the little ones. Where was the big dog living? In a small kennel?

they must have all lived in the house the garage is no more that 12 ft wide and maybe 20 ft deep. it was full of sawdust and cedar chips. at least 6 to 8 inches deep in places.. they used it to piss in im sure. the dogs rubbed up against the the walls and doorways. at about 18 inches from the floor the evidence was clear. dog hair and dirt was everywhere. the carpets had never bee vaccumed. balls of fur in the corners. hell i mad the comment you could make a big foot costume out of the the doghair, it was sad to see it.

The garden grew quick.
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains! :(

Sounds like carnage. I don't know how so many small dogs were killed.

he had 20 dogs in that place . Were big dogs in those small kennels?
His statement reads: "Irresponsible reporting and fabrication of events that never happened destroys people's lives, and that is exactly what has happened. It's very unfortunate we live in times where you're guilty even if you're innocent, but it's the way of the world now. It's also sad to me that not only do the media get away with publishing unsubstantiated sensationalized reports that are then taken as the truth."

It continued with: "I have 20 dogs that were rescued since 1999 from unspeakable and horrible abuse. I never turned my back or said no if a dog or cat needed a loving home. Each one of them is spoiled rotten; great food, love, comfort, care and shelter. They never leave my side and sit with me when I watch videos or when I play my guitar, the sound of which seems to fascinate them. Fencing was put up to separate the big dogs from the little ones who could roam without any problem. One day, without my knowing, some of the big dogs accidently (sic) got loose somehow and killed three of my babies. When I found out, it was too late. I was shattered and just too devastated for words."

its odd that a guy who never leaves the house didn't hear anything but obviously it was a terrible moment.

Plus the fact that it was only him and Diane that took care of them, he probably didn't have anyone else to help him out.
