Is this the big release date perhaps....and the 'new' material he was talking about?
I hope that if Vinnie is not new material, remastered public Guitars From Hell, for that only young blood Goran Edman, worth the price of CDs

my feeling is Vinnie loved the 'Treasure' days the most. He seems to still love the band members. I spoke with Felix a few years back and he said he lost touch with V but he may have been bluffing. I spoke to Felix's daughter many times and we had lots in common, she is friends with one of VV's daughters (on facebook) and I believe vv must be somewhat in contact with Felix i my opinion.
Remember, Grover Jackson said Vinnie went to Nashville to work with Felix.

From RockStar Weekly
today:
Former KISS Guitarist Vinnie Vincent Gets 1977 Re-Issue and Live Concert Recordings
KISS and Vinnie Vincent fans can dive into a bit of Vinnie Vincent history with a new re-release of the classic Treasure LP from 1977 issued by Wounded Bird Records of New York and an Internet broadcast of three 1977 Treasure concerts via the website Wolfgang’s Vault. The new CD release also features a previously unreleased bonus cut. The CD is available at Amazon.
Treasure was a four-piece hard rock band Felix Cavaliere of the Rascals formed after his second solo LP, Destiny. Treasure (which only made one LP), featured Vinnie Vincent, who then used his real name Vinnie Cusano. The LP did get a Japanese releases early in the new millennium.
Treasure never achieved the radio airplay they hoped for (although the band's label had high hopes for the single, "Love Me Tonight") there are still several examples of the excellent musicianship of the band, and Cavaliere's exceptional (and soulful) voice is simply undeniable. The widely used phrase "blue eyed soul" was actually coined to describe
Cavaliere and the Rascals. It has since become the standard definition of white artists who sing soul music.
Wounded Bird Records was formed in 1998 as a label that specializes in the reissue of albums from the 60's, 70's and early 80's on compact disc. All of their releases are properly licensed from the owner of the original masters, in most cases the original record label and sometimes the artists themselves.
The Treasure streaming concerts include a fully produced one at the Bottom Line in New York City which was originally recorded for the King Biscuit Flower Hour.
Candid photos are from Jack Scarangella’s Facebook Page.
Treasure was:
Felix Cavaliere- keyboards, vocals
Vinnie Cusano - guitars, vocals
Jack Scarangella – drums
Marty David - bass

I think you can buy (as MP3´s) concerts from Wolfies.
Not sure bout the Treasure one though.
I hope they manage to sell a few CD´s and make a profit from this, I
mean, there so much crap out there today and here´s a collection
of great playing and singing. I really like it although it does sound a little
dated, and by that I mean; there has never really been a resurgance of this type of Pop/Rock thing.

yes, i think they may have some interest, especially with a one off or a 3 or 4 date tour. but i can not see it happening with the guys from Slaughter , even though i am sure they would do it. Robert and Andre said they wouldn't do it, unless they have had a change of mind. It would be nice if he had one past member. I thought Bobby Rock who has said nothing but nice things (at least in public) would be as good choice but I get the feeling V wouldn't hire him either. I really don't see it happening but things can change I suppose. I would think V would sing himself and just hire bass and drummer but again i don't see it. Maybe Carmine would be a good choice for drummer as he says great things about V. I thought maybe some clinics would be the best way to see Vinnie and it would be some what easier than getting a band together, but i don't think v wants to be in the public eye like that and most likely would want a lot more money than could be generated.
