That's not how business communications are written. Whoever wrote it didn't even use a spell check and grammar on Word to correct the possessive on tee's. The person went overboard with possessives. Your's instead of yours. Tee's instead of tees. I doubt the person who wrote this went to business school. Nobody addresses people as xxxx. Sincerely is the standard closure. This is a very casual writing, and the grammar is terrible. This is in no way a statement, memorandum, or document representing a department.

He can print more if the demand was there obviously. If he only sold a few it wasn't worth his time. But how many did he expect to sell with no marketing or advertising for the most part? Even an Ebay account would have sold more.
