doublev.forumco.com is dead. vvirtual.user@cox.net , Vinnie's confirmed email is still attached to the account yet Vinnie has deleted his vvirtual.user@cox.net account which means he can no longer change the board to another email account as he would need to have an active email account to do it , so I would say the board is dead and finished with.

Let's hope he gets some help and sticks to making great music rather than fighting with the world like the grumpiest old man of all time.

yeah if he stuck with the game plan and what he said was going to happen he would not have to be putting all his energy into this stupid crap.

Why enough does he prefer to screw, lie, hide and do nothing with his music over putting out music. Could you imagine if he put out GFH, then some new music, big or small every 6 months or a year. He wouldn't have all this extra time on his hands to organise his little school yard gang.

I don't think any poor fool actually paid Vinnie any money to join a forum that cost Vinnie zero of his own $$$ to set up and support.

Only one person bothered to post and if Vinnie didn't make him up then he'd be might pissed by now and more would have been said on there but there has been no complaints.

Nothing has been posted there since October last year, so John Cook who "signed" up would be pretty pissed by now, so we would have heard something.

This thread is about DoubleV, not the paid forum which is called Vinnievincentonline.

There is a lot of confusion about that.

DoubleV = Free but Vinnie won't let you in. Now left to die a slow death.
Vinnievincentonline = the paid forum where Vinnie still might not let you in after you paid. Nobody signed up, it was dead as soon as he announced it.

I tried logging into the DoubleV forum quite a while back (when the forum was still "active") and was unable to. When I emailed Vinnie / Spyder and asked him about it I was told that the forum was, indeed, closing because of the photos leaking out and that he wasn't sure just who he could and couldn't trust anymore and he simply didn't want to deal with it.

I just want a top-notch producer to shape GUITARS FROM HELL/GUITARMAGEDDON into a releasable product with lots of "bonus" material like alternate takes and (maybe) some solid demos that didn't make the cut. Do some radio and web interviews to promote it. (Hell, Bruce Kulick released the demo recordings of his first band
and made money.)

I think if he did that he'd be on the road to recovery. Then...maybe...some actual NEW material.

I doubt the pictures had anything to do about it. I am sure he is using it as an excuse. He more than likely new he was getting cut off, thus the domain name and trademark moves. Whats easier blaming a internet chat friend or taking responsibly for another failed relationship. Even the most devoted fans have been jumping off Vinnies insane train, and they don't live with him. His constant paranoia, need for absolute control, shut in life and refusal to take responsibly for anything, would push anyone away.

Of course just my opinion
