Thanks to Mr Shramiac, I've watched nearly all the Troy Grady videos.
They are just superb!
If you trouble with your picking, i highly recommend watching the whole series. Very interesting stuff.
Even if you're not interested in improving your picking, they're a great watch.

Great to see all the 80's stuff, and for Michael to be getting some cool kudos for his abilities. He can still play!!

I love seeing the respect they have for each other.
Troy is a killer player and studying in real depth, something not done before....well not to this level.
Watching them talk about other players and MaB try and do it Yngwie style, and MaB talking about other instruments was truly awesome.
...and Micahel stating "It's really an important thing that you're doing" made my day and I bet Troy was tot's chuffed too !

Would be sooooo col to get VV analysed ....and I'm sure he'd enjoy watching his own slow-mo play backs with regular speed picking, and then some finger licking chicken pickin' thrown in too.

Ok, I don't know the song at all so I'll take your word for it that he nailed it. Sure looked like he knew what he was doing.

Now, that is the kind of 'noise" solo that I feel people accuse Vinnie of playing, but his style is not like that.
