Yes, he was a musical icon.... he will be missed.
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change.Now only a shadow remains!

An absolute genius and a true artist to the end. Very few could make art out staring death in the face- Blackstar is an excellent swansong. He also introduced us to some damn good guitarists, such as Mick Ronson, Carlos Alomar, Robert Fripp, Peter Frampton and Earl Slick.

Now Bowie's old drummer from Mott the Hoople, Dale Griffin, has passed too!
