to be able to use in western europe they need a euro rating of 4 but 5 is better for tax but no one can tell me if I buy this what its rating is. I could buy from Russia and not be able to drive it. The smaller version has a 5 rating but it only has 2 doors which with 3 kids would suck. if i see a rating 5 for the 4 door i may buy. moving back to the states soon though and can not take it over unless i can get the vin number registered 20 years ago which is not a good idea so i may not act on my passion.
