It was an anti-disco music event back in the late 70's... Disco was so big and rock fans decided to hold an event
to support their hate of the boogie nights era genre that became the worlds fave music for a few years... They trashed disco records & tapes at the baseball ground and it was on the news all over the world :D
Hey man, I am cool, I am the Breeze...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disco_Demolition_Night

"Disco Demolition Night was a promotional event that took place on Thursday, July 12, 1979, at Comiskey Park in Chicago, Illinois, during which a crate filled with records was blown up on the field. It was held during the twi-night doubleheader baseball game between the Chicago White Sox and the Detroit Tigers. During the climax of the event, rowdy fans surged onto the field, and a near riot ensued. It would ultimately prove to be one of the most notable promotional ideas and one of the most infamous since "Ten Cent Beer Night" in Cleveland in 1974.[1] The event has been characterized as the "emblematic moment" of the anti-disco movement."

Big story, don't know that! Special *LOL* could had been a thing for me trashing disco records. From the beginning I was a rock music fan (twenty years later I worked in a huge disco as a barkeeper ironically!).

What would you guys say is the MOST disco type song off Dynasty?

What would be the most disco type song Vinnie ever played on?

Dynasty has the disco beats in the drumming, which is cool, matches the songs and production.

Even Peter's only drummed tune, Dirty Livin', has the disco beat, and I love it.

I only know of Vinnie's work on Instant Replay, so that's my idea of his most disco song.
