I won't have to lose myself into Kahler bridges, because I tried to buy that Kelly, but someone bid more than what I did for it...

:lol: i bought running shoes years ago and never used them... if I put them on, with the Kelly on my belly, that will maybe work... :lol: I wonder if it's possible to fix a Kahler trem on that guitar, without any modification on the body. Seems possible... There was a Ferrari red on reverb at a fair...

Friedman's videos are really interesting.
About Marty's sig guitar, how much do you think it's worth? No trem, just one PU, that' s what makes me hesitate... I saw one or two on ebay and reverb, but I can't figure what price would be acceptable...

I took this signature from some pic of the Pear VVV, and printed it on a plastic transparent sheet. Then I glued it on the headstock and put some coat on it. This one seems more aeodynamic than the pic sig...

No, you brought interesting points here. Punch ins sound very different from his 10 min. live solos, beginning and end of Reh vid, or speedball jam. Kind of impossible to play naturally ( see the Reh vid where he does playback on recorded ASG solos)

:) This GJ2 is a nice and very well made guitar. Someone at JCF said they were built in the same factory as ESP/LTD, in Korea. Since the Concorde models don't really sell well, you can get them at a decent price. The neck has a C shape, which gets a bit strange on a V guitar. Low action, cool Habane...

I' ve just got this 2000 RR1! First owner got it in Lauderale FL. I changed the heavy strings (14 to 10), and put a 42mm trem block for a better flutter. I love it!

I think a section about VV' s musical and technical stuff is missing on VVFF. There are many posts here and there that talk about it, but they are unfortunately lost and forgotten. Among the comments we can read on the net and youtube about VV ' s music(best example : REH vid), a few are interesting...
