i still say love kills is the best vocal recording of the 80s after watching it again. pure brilliance from the whole recording team and mark. The sound of Vinnie's acoustic guitar is amazing.

i know mark wasn't as technical as Robert but that voice is pure magic on the record especially the ballads and Ashes. Its so hard to imagine why love kills wasn't huge.
