Yes I know that even Dana (who would have the least feelings for Vinnie out of all of them) said that the tracks weren't sped up.
I'd love to know why the guitars were tuned to F Standard?

Well...Mustaine fired him. Pretty lame considering it was two consenting adults and the footage was released without his knowledge/consent. If she was under age, throw the book at him but as it seems she wasn't, two ladies may now be in a world of trouble. Mustaine says the relationship with Ellefso...

Totally above board as the woman involved said she was never underage and was the one to instigate it but, not a great look for him or the band. I guess her "friend" might be in some trouble for posting the videos. And no doubt Dave is in some trouble with his wife! You can look search for the links...

He used the silver/purple Jackson, the Washburn and the Carvin in that video. You can see the Washburn neck cutout at the 2:43 and 3:12 mark.

Nailed it!
She's gonna end up needing shoulder surgery like Vai did by playing with the guitar on her right leg rather than over her left, classical style.

Cool!
The gold flake on the Washburn is so....mmmmmmmm sweeeeet! The V inlays set it off nicely too. Shame the Laney/Washburn deal went south before the ASG tour. Would have been nice to see it on tour, rather than just in the That Time of Year video! I guess we wouldn't have the Carvin if it hadn't?

Looks like Vinnie is going to release a tribute guitar of the red Guitarman guitar he built while still living & working in NY. I've read the Takeuchi (or TRS) Floyds are actually pretty good! They were made in Japan to a high quality. They have an old style screw-in arm though. Replace with a Schaller or a push-in arm and they'd be great!
